Farmer’s Wife QAL Block 1

I have made another block for my Farmer’s Wife sampler quilt. This one is block #1 – Addie.

This block used three colours, so I chose my mid-blue, light-blue and yellow.

This was a simple block that I could rotary cut the pieces for. I used the Perfect Patchwork Template Set A. This made it really easy to get all the pieces exactly the right size so they went together easily. I think I’ve got my quarter inch seam sorted now as this block looks to be just the right size 🙂

 

I am following along with the Farmer’s Wife Quilt Alongs on Gnome Angel and Very Kerry Berry.
